1. Convertible in between single knit, terry, and 3-thread fleece without the change of cylinder cam-box.
2. Top-quality alloy steel cylinder and dial; treated with high-frequency inductive heater and fitted with inserted tricks walls.
3. Programmable and multifunctional inverter motor controller, with built-in microprocessor, ensures 100% starting torque and efficiency.
4. Vertical Machine Center (V.M.C), with its computerized precision, guarantees standardized specifications to all cylinder cam-box holders, dial cam-box holders, and sinker rings.
5. Digitized 3-shift display shows machine R.P.M. and individual shift production with predetermined counter.
6. Cadratex fabric spreader equalizes fabric tension and eliminates bowing.
7. Central Stitch System allows single-screw adjustment to achieve ideal course (swiveled) and fabric weight.
8. Closed C.N.C. (Computer Engraved Camming) enables easy feeder exchange, thus leading to precise alteration of fabric quality and structure.
